Regional delegations
The Foundation's regional delegations are divided over three healthcare areas
- In Burgundy: the delegation is called "Aider Bourgogne"
- In French-County: the delegation is called "Osmose Franche-Comté"
- In Rhône Alpes sector of Bourg-en-Bresse: the delegation is called "Aider Bourgogne"
The healthcare medical organization after the 2003, 2004, 2005 laws
- The care institutions are distributed aver healthcare areas within each region.
- The healthcare areas, each with their own management team ("Commission Médicale d'Etablissement") organises the answers to bring to the medical evaluations.
- The care institutions within the healthcare areas have both quantitative and qualitative objectives of care.
- The National Health Insurance, through the cares provided to each patient, requests the care institution to have a structured activity and to provide procedures that are regularly certified by auditors from the Hign Authority of Health ("HAS").
- The Hospitalization Regional Agencies ("ARH") validate these documents and can resort to various means to have the care institutions meet their quantitavie and qualitative objectives.
- The care institutions still collaborate with public hospitals through quality assurance procedures in order to avoid the scattering of the information related to the patients' treatments and files.
