Its organization : The Scientific Council
Composed of 15 members named by the Foundation's board of Directors. The scientific council gives to the board of directors alll the advices and studies necessary to the implementation of medical research.
The scientific council delivers its advices and proposals for:
- the use of financial means (gifts and legacy) in the research programs chosen in adequacy with the aims of the Foundation
- a balanced relation with the local authorities and pharmaceutical industry
